Works & Materials: Installation of Fire Barriers around Service Penetrations in Wall and Floor Service openings. Using the Polyseam Protecta Range. Utilizing the Bolster System to record all installations for the purpose of ensuring the highest standards to match the manufacturers installation guidelines. The Grand Canal Harbour project is a vital addition to Dublin 8, being the most ambitious and exciting residential development in the area. Located beside the Guinness Storehouse and a 15-minute walk to City Centre, this residential development will deliver 596 apartments over retail and amenity space with ‘a sensitive, balanced, and inspiring environment for contemporary living’. The development will also include resident amenities such as the roof top terrace, fitness areas, playgrounds, a creche, retail space, restaurants and a medical centre.
