Union Investment has begun a €70m redevelopment of 4/5 Grand Canal Square, formerly Meta’s Dublin headquarters.

A new large-scale office development located on Adelaide Road, Dublin 2 overlooking the Grand Canal.

Parkwest Fire Protection have been contracted by Dalmoy Ltd to carry out the installation of Passive Fire Protective Systems on this ground and first floor refurbishment.   

Parkwest Fire Protection have been contracted by Primabuild to carry out surveys, inspections and installations of Passive Fire Protective Systems throughout this project.

This headquarters is set to a V shaped plan with a central glazed atrium and occupies the full area of the site.

Parkwest Fire Protection Ltd will be present on site throughout the project. We are delighted to once again partner up with Walls Construction on this prestigious new build.
