The project involves constructing and later removing 20 temporary two-storey classroom buildings (1,600sqm), removing existing prefab structures (992sqm), and refurbishing/extending primary and infant schools. This includes new buildings, special needs unit extension, and external works (ball courts, play areas, car park). A temporary entrance will be created off the main road during construction, with the existing boundary wall reinstated afterward. Overall, the project spans 1.95 hectares and includes associated site works.

Parkwest Fire Protection Ltd have been contracted to install Passive Fire Protection systems throughout this project. These system include
