Walls Construction where selected as the construction partner for the LDA’s Shanganagh development. This major residential project which has been designed to the highest environmental specification and consists of social and affordable homes. The LDA and DLR intends to deliver over 300 of the 597 homes as cost rental homes to be delivered at affordable rents.  This collaboration with Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council is the first partnership of its kind.

Parkwest Fire Protection Ltd have been contracted to install Passive Fire Protection systems throughout this project. These system include

• Penetration seals
• Linear gap seals
