Cabra Residential Development
We have recently started to install fire barriers at the new Cabra Residential Development. This project has been contracted by Walls Construction and we are delighted to be working with them on another project.
This residential development named as ‘Hamilton Gardens’ will feature almost 500 new homes and a number of commercial units spread over 9 blocks and spanning up to 8-storeys. The homes will be made up of 484 apartments and 1 house. The apartments will range from studios and 2- and 3-bed homes. The house will be a 3-bed, two-storey home and will front Carnough Road. At the heart of the scheme, a neighbourhood centre will be constructed which will feature 3 retail/café/restaurant units, a supermarket with an off-license and a large gym. A creche facility will be constructed in the block adjacent to the neighbourhood centre.
The Hamilton Gardens will also feature a community centre including meeting rooms, postal storage centre and a reception.
