Brownsbarn is a substantial residential project comprising of 178 apartments in four blocks ranging from five to seven storeys. It is situated on a site south of Citywest Avenue and west of the Cheeverstown Luas Park and Ride in Brownsbarn, Dublin 24.

Parkwest Fire Protection Ltd have been contracted to install Passive Fire Protection systems throughout this project. These system include

• Penetration seals in wall and floors
• Linear gap seals
