Ashfield Place is a new development by Richmond Homes and is expected to be completed by the end of 2018. The site is located within one of Dublin’s most well-established and sought-after residential areas and benefits from a wide array of facilities and amenities including schools, shops, restaurants, bars and parks.
The residential development will include all associated site development works, car parking and landscaping; access to the development is via the existing vehicular access at Templeogue Road, which is to be widened as part of the works all on 0.46 hectare site bounded to the south by Templeogue Road, to the north by Ashfield Close, to the east by ‘Burnsley House’ and to the west by ‘Ashfield House’.
Parkwest Fire Protection installers are currently on site working closely with DHD Construction management on this project.
