Walls Construction were selected for the development of 210 no. residential unit’s apartments in three blocks ranging in height from 3 to 7 storeys including separate lower ground floor / basement car park levels.
The development involves a change of use from office use to Co-Living Accommodation including the construction of an additional 3 floors to be part of the overall shared accommodation development so as to create a 7 storey building.

We have recently started to install fire barriers at the new Cabra Residential Development. This project has been contracted by Walls Construction and we are delighted to be working with them on another project.
