Parkwest Fire Protection is proud to be delivering specialist passive fire protection services services for the Rathborne Wharf residential development in partnership with Walls Construction. This large-scale project comprises 725 high-quality residential units in the heart of Rathborne.
Our scope of work includes the installation of a comprehensive range of passive fire protection solutions such as penetration seals in walls, floors, and doorframes, as well as cavity barriers intumescent paint and steel encasement systems. These systems are designed to prevent the spread of fire and smoke, ensuring enhanced fire safety and compliance throughout the development.
With a project duration of 16 months, our team, led by Thomas Martin, is committed to maintaining the highest standards of fire safety, precision, and quality throughout every stage of the build.
