Parkwest Fire Protection was contracted as the specialist passive fire protection sub-contractor for Fajon Construction on PCI Pharma Services’ significant expansion at CityNorth Business Campus in Stamullen, Co Meath. This project features an 82,000 sq ft state-of-the-art pharmaceutical facility, completed in Q1 2025, targeting LEED Gold certification and an A3 BER rating.

We have been responsible for the installation of comprehensive passive fire protection systems throughout the facility to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards and building regulations.
