The overall site extends over 15 hectares in Navan’s picturesque commuter town and will be composed of 260 houses and 284 apartments. The homes will be accessible to a wider range of prospective buyers as they qualify for the First Home buyers Scheme and the Help to Buy Scheme.

The houses in Baker Hall will comprise a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes. As for the apartments, the majority will be spread across 5 blocks ranging from three to six storeys in height, while the remaining units will be contained within several 3-storey corner blocks. Plans also include an additional 30 duplexes spreading over three separate buildings.

Most units will have access to private open space in the form of either a balcony or terraced area, in addition to communal open space within the scheme

Parkwest Fire Protection have been contracted by Glenveagh Homes to carry out the installation of passive fire protection barriers throughout this project.
